The "Client" refers to companies, organizations and institutions that advertise at Academic Solutions in Stehag AB's "Academic Solutions", organization number 559071-7897, website. The "Applicant" refers to students who wish to be matched to conduct internship, projects or write a thesis / essay.

** 1. The content of the ad **

1.1 In the event that the Client or any relationship that is due to the Client implies that the Ordered Ad can not be published, the Client is responsible for it, against Academic Solutions, amounting to at most the corresponding cost of the advertisement.

1.2 The Client is responsible for the content of the advertisement, including any linked information, and the services offered through the advertisement do not infringe on anyone else's rights, i.e. that the advertisement does not violate another person's copyright, patent, trademark or intellectual property rights, or violates any other law.

1.3 Academic Solutions is not responsible for errors in the advertisement provided by the Purchaser or Applicant or errors arising from the transfer of the advertisement to Academic Solutions.

1.4 Academic Solutions is not responsible for any malfunction, including data breach and / or service failure by Academic Solutions partners. Academic Solutions is not responsible for any misrepresentation of the content of published ads in the event of any malfunction and its consequences.

1.5 Academic Solutions is not responsible for non-publication of advertisement or error in advertisement if the reason for this is attributable to Customer or Applicant's side outside of Academic Solutions's control.

1.6 The content of the Academic Solutions web site may not be used for purposes other than Academic Solutions, namely Advertising to match Customers and Applicants for internship, thesis / dissertation and projects against each other.

** 2. Academic Solutions Commitments **

2.1 Academic Solutions has the right to refrain from publishing an advertisement that is in violation of law, regulation, government instruction, use or custom or otherwise discloses that it appears inappropriate to publish the advertisement. Academic Solutions also has the right to refrain from publishing advertisements that are offensive to the Applicant based on gender, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or age.

2.2 Academic Solutions has the right to remove advertisements since it has been published, which is in violation of law, regulation, government instructions, usage or custom or that there are other circumstances that appear to be inappropriate for publishing the advertisement. Academic Solutions also has the right to remove advertisements since it has been published, which is offensive to the Applicant based on gender, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or age.

** 3. Information about processing personal data **

3.1 Academic Solutions is the personally responsible person for the processing of personal data on the website "www.academicsolutions.com". The personal data that may be processed are, name, social security number, address, e-mail address, telephone number and the information that the applicant completes to match the internship, thesis / essay and projects, and those shown in the advertisement. By registering on the website, the Client and the Applicant shall consent to the processing of personal data by Academic Solutions as set forth in these Terms.

3.2 Personal data is processed according to the rules contained in the Personal Information Act (1998: 204) or other applicable legislation. Processing of personal data will be done partly for the purpose of communicating assignments between the Client and the Applicant, and for the purpose of Academic Solutions's own purposes of conducting statistics on intermediary assignments for research purposes and the marketing of Academic Solutions.

3.3 Academic Solutions is not responsible for the accuracy of registered personal data. In the event that a personal information is manifestly incorrect, it is up to the Client or the Applicant to request the correcting of the personal information himself.

3.4 Pursuant to Section 26 of the Personal Information Act (1998: 204), the person whose personal data has been registered in the Academic Solutions registry has the right to request information on their personal data free of charge once a calendar year, and may withdraw consent (at any time without retroactive effect). If any information is incorrect or incomplete, the Customer or Applicant shall notify Academic Solutions of this so that correction may occur.

3.5 The information provided by the Purchaser and Applicant to Academic Solutions may be submitted to subcontractors such as Academic Solutions hired to provide Academic Solutions services. These are subcontractors who manage the operation and maintenance of IT services, payment processing and credit reporting. Subcontractors only handle personal information for the Academic Solutions account. Subcontractors may sign a so-called Personal Data Access Agreement in order to ensure a high level of security and to ensure that personal data is handled in a lawful manner.

3.6 The Purchaser shall, before 25 May 2018, ensure that the necessary permits, consents and other requirements have been met by the "Data Protection Ordinance", Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to on the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Ordinance).

3.7 When the Applicant submits an Interest Notification to a Client, certain personal information is sent from the Applicant to the Client, namely Name, Last Name, Tele, Email, University / College, Name of Education, Telling About Yourself, and Applicant's CV. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Applicant agrees that Academic Solutions, upon an interest report to a particular Client, disclose to this Client these personal data and that the Client receives and processes these data for recruitment purposes. The client does not receive this information to handle them on behalf of Academic Solutions. Academic Solutions is not responsible for how the Customer manages and processes these personal data.

3.8 The applicant is entitled to withdraw his consent to personal data processing. Such revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of the applicant's personal data such as Academic Solutions, supported by the Applicant's consent, performed in the meantime until the revocation.

** 4. Changed Terms of Service **

4.1 In the event that Academic Solutions changes the Terms of Use, the Customer and Applicant will be informed accordingly. By continuing to use the service provided by Academic Solutions, after receiving information regarding the changed terms of use, the new terms of use are deemed to have been accepted.

** 5. Applicable right **

5.1 This agreement is subject to Swedish law.

5.2 When applying Swedish law, except for international private and procedural rules and principles.

** 6. Dispute**

6.1 Disputes between the Parties regarding the application and interpretation of the Agreement and any legal relationships arising from the Agreement shall be settled by the Swedish General Court.

6.2 First instance shall be the Lund District Court.
